The Lenoir Memorial Cafeteria is open on the Lower Level of the hospital. The hours of operation are as follows:
- Breakfast 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
- Lunch 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
The Lenoir Memorial Café is located in the lobby of the hospital and is open daily. 7am - 9 pm Monday thru Sunday.
A shop with toiletry items, flowers, plants, balloons, cards and gifts on the lower lobby is operated by the Auxiliary. Please call 252-522-7868 for more information.

Vending machines have recently moved to the 3rd floor staff elevator lobby and the waiting room of the Emergency Department. Both locations provide hot and cold drinks as well as snacks.
2016 Open Enrollment
Open enrollment for Affordable Care Act coverage begins November 1, 2015, and ends January 31, 2016. If you don't enroll in a 2016 plan by January 31, 2016, you cannot enroll in a health insurance plan for 2016 unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. If you don't have coverage in 2016, you may have to pay a fee. The fee is higher in 2016 than it was in 2015. Affordable Care Act and Healthcare Marketplace
Lenoir Memorial plays a vital role in educating uninsured patients about their coverage options and helping them navigate the Marketplace. There are several ways to apply for health coverage. You can apply online using a laptop or desktop computer. (You may not be able to complete the application using a smartphone or tablet.) You can also fill out a paper application, apply over the telephone or apply in person at certain sites. Find out more about the different ways to apply here. Certified Application Counselors (CAC) are available within Lenoir Memorial to educate consumers and aid them in completing an application for coverage.
