It begins with a team of over 100 outstanding physicians. These doctors, some of whom are from Eastern North Carolina, have been educated at the world’s finest medical schools. In fact, many of our doctors have taught, or are currently teaching medicine.
Supporting these physicians is a nursing staff with a high number of RNs as well as skilled LPNs. Here you’ll find masters-trained nurses, clinical nurse specialist and others with special training across numerous care areas. We’re also happy to report that our nurses are consistently found on the State’s Great 100 Nurses List.
The talented men and women on our technical staff include radiation therapists, cytotechnologists and vascular technologists. These highly-trained technicians, along with the equipment they operate, help ensure the quality of care at Lenoir Memorial.

Safe Kids invites you to “be our guest”
Safe Kids/Safe Communities serves Lenoir, Greene, and Jones Counties. Bi-monthly meetings are held at Lenoir Memorial Hospital the lead organization for the coalition. Safe Kids’ mission is to reduce the number of children killed or injured from preventable injuries.
